Petition for Karmic Dispensation
You may or may not be aware that last year was deemed to be the year that karma started drawing to a close for all souls on Earth. The process continues to do this year too. We’re entering the Age of Aquarius and by the time we’ll fully integrated, there will only be instant karma. For many who follow the spiritual path you may have already requested for the dispensation of karma, and may already be experiencing instant karma. We are reminded from time to time (with instant karma) to keep our thoughts and lifestyles “pure”. It can be somewhat of a difficult road where old habits arise in the beginning, and then it becomes a way of life.
Over the past months, the endless quest by clients to know why they are “stuck” with feelings of hopelessness or despair, has been rather challenging – for them and me. Today I’m going to share with you how to ask for the dispensation of karma so that you can start putting those thoughts to rest that you are stuck, so that you can start taking responsibility for yourself and trust your instincts. Also, once you’re in the mode where you are no longer holding on (subconsciously) to past experiences, you start to trust yourself and the divine energies that have always been around you, and will continue to grow within you, giving you a greater connection to Spirit.
Historically, at the end of Lumeria a select group of souls petitioned Spirit to experience life in a solid form, as opposed to being divine. They were given a physical body, with free will, and went through the Veils of Amnesia. They forgot their divineness and by so doing, found it difficult to connect to Spirit. This was one of the first experiments of Atlantis, and it formed the basis of the current human race.
This experiment culminated in the spiritual Law of Karma to enable this experience to work effectively on Earth, as there was now a cause-and-effect process. This was observed by the observers in the higher realms who devised this Law so that we can experience what we do to others. From the time souls on Earth descended into the third dimension where we experience polarity (e.g. opposites), we become subject to the Law of Karma. It’s a basic learning tool here on Earth. All thoughts, words and actions draw a return of identical energy. Like attracts like.
Now during the time of Atlantis, everyone on Earth wanted to experience as much as possible. During this time, however, karma was being generated by every single person. It’s very easy to create karma when every thought, word or action is measured by this exact law. I suppose it was fun initially for them to live in a physical body and test just what it was capable of, experiencing the ramifications via thought, word and deed!
As mentioned above, we have now evolved to the point where the wheel of karma can be cleared, and we can ascend into the fifth dimension. However, in order to do this, we need to clear the karma that has accumulated over many lifetimes, this karma being personal karma, as well as ancestral karma.
For your info, country karma also exists for entire nations.
In order for us to ask for karmic dispensation (pardon), we need to approach the “Karmic Board”. This Board, also known as the Lords of Karma, is a body of eight Ascended Masters who are assigned to responsibility to dispense justice and adjudicate karma, mercy and judgment on behalf of each soul on Earth. All souls must pass before the Karmic Board before and after each incarnation on earth. Prior to embodiment, souls receive their assignment for that lifetime and at the conclusion of each lifetime their performance is reviewed before the Karmic Board.
Current Lords of Karma names and the ray they represent:
- Great Divine Director – representing the first (blue) ray
- Goddess of Liberty – second (yellow) ray
- Ascended Lady Master Nada – third (pink) ray; and Goddess of Love, Chohan of the 6th ray
- Elohim Cyclopea – fourth (white) ray
- Pallas Athena, the Goddess of Truth – fifth (green) ray
- Portia, Goddess of Justice – sixth (purple and gold) ray – and Board Speaker
- Quan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy – the seventh (violet) ray
- Vairochana – embodies the wisdom of all Buddhas – one of the Dhyani Buddhas
Right, so the following visualization will help you ask for the dispensation/pardon of karma. I would recommend that you do this exercise when you feel called to do so, rather than doing it because you feel compelled. Doing this exercise when you feel passionate about it, will allow you to feel emotions on your body, and experience the lightness afterwards. Also, do this visualization when you have enough time in your hands. You may feel the urge to unburden yourself and talk to the Lords of Karma at length during the exercise.
Be prepared to start experiencing instant karma going forward – not wise to test it 😊. Allow yourself some time to process your journey and the newness of it. All the while, connect with your guardian angel and feel free to express your emotions. Ask God and the angels to support you through this journey and feel their energies filling your aura and supporting you with love and compassion. Similar to when you’re on a health kick and don’t want to fill your body with junk, so your mind and body undergoes a transformation where you extend forgiveness and understanding to people, and to yourself, for past undertakings. Going forward, you also start viewing things from a different perspective.

1. Prepare a space where you can be relaxed and undisturbed. Light a candle if you can.
2. Sit quietly and breathe comfortably with the intention of petitioning the Goddesses of the Karmic Board for dispensation of karma.
3. Ground yourself by visualizing roots going from your feet deep into the Earth.
4. Ask Archangel Michael to place his deep blue cloak of protection around you. Be aware of his illumined presence as he surrounds you with his strength and pure love.
5. Invoke the magnificent fire dragons and ask them to release any dense, stuck frequencies. Feel their roaring flames dissolve everything that no longer serves you.
6. Once you feel bright and clear, call on the Goddesses of Karma with this invocation:
‘Beloved Goddesses of Karma, Quan Yin, Lady Portia and Lady Nada, representatives of the Divine Feminine for the Aquarian Age of Pure Love,
I, [name], humbly ask you now for a karmic dispensation for [state your plea here]. [If you do not know what to request, the goddesses will be aware of anything that you need to clear.]
I pledge in the name of the Light that I will use this freedom to activate fully my divine mission in service to All That Is.’
7. Within the crystal ball of your third eye the three Goddesses of Karma are now appearing.
8. Quan Yin, radiating beautiful cerise pink, takes your hand and starts to walk through a beautifully ornate garden with you. You feel calm, radiant and peaceful.
9. As you walk, Quan Yin asks what karma and circumstances you wish to clear. Mentally tell her.
10. You walk down some steps to a place where four seats have been set out. Lady Portia steps forward, radiating vibrant gold and the pure silver of grace, and indicates your seat.
11. Lady Nada appears, smiling, and says, ‘Beloved soul, we have seen your life progress on Earth and we have watched you throughout every other lifetime, on and within many planets, galaxies and dimensions that you have experienced. Your service to Earth is exceptional and we have heard your request to have your karma dissolved. Your request has been granted to enable you to be free of restrictions, provided that your lessons have been learned to a sufficient standard for you to have this responsibility.’
12. Lady Portia stands up. She gently rests her hand upon the crown of your head. You feel a beautiful calming vibration running through you, right down to your feet. This vibration spreads through your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, through your aura and your fields, through the timeline of your current incarnation and through your ancestral karma, dissolving the conscious and unconscious acts of all those with whom you have shared bloodlines, through the acts of those into whose countries you have incarnated, through time and space, through all the experiences in all realities and universes that you have occupied since the moment of your soul’s creation.
13. Sit quietly, aware of the silver light of grace running through every cell of your body. You may see this light very clearly.
14. Quan Yin stands before you, dressed in beautiful oriental robes. Around her shoulders is draped a pink dragon, peacefully asleep. She places her right hand over your heart and you feel the vibration of pure, unconditional love flooding through you, healing every facet of your being. Every single lower thought, word or deed is dissolved and forgiven by this incredible and beautiful flow of energy.
15. As she gently removes her hand, you feel the 33 petals of your heart chakra open like a pure white rose. You are aware that this energy has also transcended all time, space and realities that you have occupied.
16. The three Goddesses of Karma now stand. You do so too, feeling radiant and light as a feather.
17. As you thank them, they place their hands over their heart chakras to honour you and say farewell.
18. They lead you back up the steps and onto the pathway. You return alone, back to your sacred space.
19. Be aware of the magnitude of your sacred blessing. The goddesses have erased the karmic events from your Akashic records so that you can move lightly into the fifth dimension. You are free to serve, guided lovingly by your Higher Self. Every thought, word and deed can still create fresh karma for you, but you are ready to proceed into the Aquarian Age, working with the amazing team of light, making intergalactic history here on Earth.
20. With your eyes still closed, call upon Archangel Metatron to run his pillar of light down through your chakras into your Earth Star.
21. Ask Archangel Sandalphon to ground you firmly into Gaia and Hollow Earth.
22. Thank them both.
23. Open your eyes, gently stretch and smile. You have been set free on the road to mastery.
